Designed to utilize vertical space efficiently, our Portrait View Memory Box comes with a taller LCD touchscreen. This orientation is particularly suited for displaying portrait photos and videos, providing residents with a continuous stream of personal memories that help stimulate recognition and memory retention. A recessed area for ADA-compliant signage is added below the screen. The screen’s orientation and clarity make it an effective tool in daily memory care practices.

A 5.625” x 8.5” LCD touchscreen in portrait orientation, perfect for displaying rotating photos and videos. Manage screens remotely with a secure URL for ease of access.
Personalization
Media Upload: Upload photos and videos via an assigned user email address or administrator login.
Custom Paint: Box can be painted to match any color of your choice.
ADA Compliance: Includes a placeholder for ADA-compliant signage (signage available at additional cost).
Electrical Requirements
5V, 2A USB power supply with a recessed female USB port (options available if the plug cannot be recessed).
USB cable included with each memory box.

Boxes are crafted from super-refined MDF (high-density MDF).

Production typically takes 5-7 weeks, though rush orders can be expedited within 2 weeks (depending on our current workload). Expect a transit period of 2-5 business days.
Memory Boxes with certain customizations and/or stained finishes may require extra lead time.

Your order is securely packaged to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping & Delivery
We proudly ship our products across the United States and Canada. We ship all products pre-paid, using either XPO Logistics or UPS Ground Service, depending on the order size, quantity, and location.
Additional fees may apply for deliveries to non-commercial areas or addresses without a forklift/loading dock. Shipping times and costs may vary based on location and order specifics. Customers are responsible for any extra charges, including inside delivery, appointment scheduling, and limited access fees.
